New rules apply for fully vaccinated people aged 18+, depending on where you and your friends live.
Friendship Islands
If you are fully vaccinated and aged 18+, you can now attend an outdoor gathering in a public space of up to 5 people from 2 households (excluding dependents) for a picnic or another outdoor social activity.
